Aeir is a planet an aproximate 1268 Million light years from earth. It's residents have evolved the ability to use the natural magnetic field and radiosphere to control matter. It lies on its side so that the arctic and antarctic are in the east and west respectively. It was previously a wandering planet, and settled into its current star an aproximate 300 Million years ago and due to a high natural radiosphere andmagnetic field evoloved life at a near miraculous pace it has about the equivelent of 12th centurey earth technology however it also has a nation Macgivland with the equivalant of 17th centurey technology though it has some highly advanced teqniques like neuclear fission and fusion. it apeares to even benifit from tecnologies more advanced than Earth's although with such fractured knowledge its near impossible to tell. Its also not a techonologicaly active as earth in any science, as such they have a high degree of theoretical knowledge that they cannot use due to a lack of practical knowledge
